Digital Service

AskMore is a digital service that provides instant AI-powered answers. Once a subscription is activated and the service is used, the digital content has been delivered.

Refund Eligibility

• Refund requests must be made within 24 hours of purchase
• Refunds are considered on a case-by-case basis if the service was not accessible or had technical issues preventing use
• No refunds are issued for partially used subscription periods

Cancellation

Subscriptions do not auto-renew. Each purchase is a one-time payment for the selected duration (1 day, 1 month, or 1 year). No cancellation is needed.

How to Request a Refund

Email support@askmore.in with your registered phone number and reason for the request. We will respond within 3 business days.

Processing

Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 5-7 business days.
